The full finish wear warranty covers Laurentian’s residential flooring for 25 years, and commercial installations for 5 years. The manufacturer warrants that the prefinished surface layer will not separate or wear through the engineered wood during that time.

Acacia Collection
Acacia is an in-demand wood species due to its exotic beauty and unique nature. This collection features two colours: natural acacia and koa in 3/4” x 3-1/2” x 48” (random) engineered format, which is stronger than solid acacia. The koa colour is designed to resemble Hawaiian koa, a wood species which is only found in Hawaii. The planks feature uniform micro-bevelled edges and a semi-gloss aluminum oxide finish. This collection is classified as character grade as it has unlimited knots and significant colour variation.
Kendall Collection
Featuring oak, American maple, and Brazilian cherry, this 1/2” engineered hardwood is available in a wide range of colours, from natural tones to trendy grays. It features a multi-ply plywood core and a tongue and groove fastening system which makes it incredibly durable and easy to install. As a result, it is able to withstand moisture changes.
Sanya Collection
This collection of engineered tongue and groove flooring features a hand-scraped surface and bevels. This beautiful small leaf acacia surface is available in three colours and has a matte UV finish with aluminum oxide. Its multi-ply core makes it incredibly durable and it’s installed using the glue-down, staple-down or floating methods.
